These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Four Grid Co. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site immediately.
1. Introduction / Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Four Grid Co. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Four Grid Co. website, including any content, functionality, products, and services offered on or through the site (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site.
By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "your" shall refer to such entity.

2. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Site, you accept full responsibility for your conduct and for ensuring your use of the Site complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree to the following:
Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or submitting any form on the Site. You further agree to promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Four Grid Co. immediately at support@fourgridco.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Four Grid Co. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Compliance with Applicable Law. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. You must not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
Age Requirement. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and by using the Site, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. If Four Grid Co. learns that a user is under 18, it reserves the right to terminate that user's account without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, product designs, and software — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Four Grid Co. and its licensors. All such content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, performing, modifying, creating derivative works from, transmitting, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Site or its content without the prior written permission of Four Grid Co. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may constitute a criminal offense.
User-Submitted Content. If you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available any content to the Site — including reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, or feedback ("User Content") — you hereby grant Four Grid Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and display such User Content in any media now known or hereafter developed, in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site and its services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when accessing or using the Site. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability:
Unauthorized Data Collection. Scraping, crawling, spidering, or using any automated means to collect data, content, or information from the Site without the express prior written consent of Four Grid Co.
Unauthorized Access. Hacking, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the Site, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
Reverse Engineering. Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of any software or technology used to operate the Site.
Harmful or Unlawful Content. Posting, transmitting, or submitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, or otherwise unlawful or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Circumventing Security. Attempting to bypass, disable, circumvent, or otherwise undermine any security feature, access control, or usage restriction implemented on the Site.
Spam and Malware. Using the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam), chain letters, phishing attempts, or any software, code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or spyware.
Intellectual Property Infringement. Uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.
5. Purchasing Terms
The following terms apply to all purchases made through the Four Grid Co. website:
Pricing. All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for any product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to verification.
Order Acceptance. Your placement of an order does not constitute a binding contract until Four Grid Co. accepts and confirms your order. Orders are subject to product availability and our right to refuse or limit any order in our sole discretion. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee final order acceptance.
Order Cancellation. Four Grid Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and any payment collected will be fully refunded.
Payment. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Sales Tax. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total where required by state or local law. The amount of tax charged will depend on your shipping address and the nature of the items purchased.
6. Shipping Policy
Four Grid Co. is committed to fulfilling and shipping orders as promptly as possible. Please review the following shipping terms:
Shipping Estimates. All shipping and delivery timelines provided at checkout or on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors including carrier capacity, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control.
Carrier Delays. Four Grid Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
Risk of Loss. Title to and risk of loss for all products purchased from Four Grid Co. passes to the buyer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. Four Grid Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been confirmed as shipped.
International Shipping. Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Four Grid Co. has no control over, and is not responsible for, delays or additional charges associated with international customs processing.
7. Returns & Refunds
Four Grid Co. wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
Return Eligibility. We accept returns within thirty (30) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Return Process. To initiate a return, customers must contact Four Grid Co. support at support@fourgridco.com prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed. Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refund Processing. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Four Grid Co. will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items. The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances: (a) items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase; and (b) digital products, downloadable content, or software licenses once access has been granted or the download has been initiated.
Shipping Costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is the result of a Four Grid Co. error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, Four Grid Co. will also cover the cost of return shipping.
8. Disclaimers
Your use of the Site and purchase of products from Four Grid Co. is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following disclaimers apply:
"As Is" Basis. The Site and all products, services, content, and information provided through the Site are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Accuracy of Information. Four Grid Co. does not warrant or represent that any product descriptions, pricing, availability information, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, Four Grid Co. reserves the right to correct it and update orders or information accordingly.
Service Continuity. Four Grid Co. does not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Four Grid Co. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, products, or services — even if Four Grid Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Four Grid Co.'s total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Four Grid Co. in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Jurisdictional Notice
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations set forth in this section shall apply to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your relationship with Four Grid Co. shall be resolved as follows:
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact Four Grid Co. at support@fourgridco.com and provide a written description of the dispute, including the nature of the claim and the relief sought. The parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of notice.
Binding Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the applicable period, both parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to and resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Fargo, North Dakota, or at such other location as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Waiver of Class Action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against Four Grid Co. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Exception. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
