Shipping
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is 3D printed to order, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase with a full refund.
Custom orders
Custom‑sized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
